This course is based on the holistic principles of Ayurveda, one of the oldest natural healing sciences. In Sanskrit, Ayurveda translates into “The Science or Knowledge of Life.”

Wellness to Wealth is a 12-week long program that starts on 4 January 2023.

In this first module, we will focus on taking care of your body.

In order to achieve any goals that you desire, you have to treat your mind and body well because they determine how you feel, how you operate, how you make decisions, and what is possible for you.

We will achieve this by understanding the Ayurveda Principles and their 3 doshas, identifying your dosha type and how to maintain balance, and undergoing a physical and mental detox to reset your body’s systems so you can feel your best!
