LESSON 1: IDENTIFY YOUR STRESS TRIGGERS

 

To overcome stress, it is crucial to first understand it. So, what exactly is stress?

Stress is the sensation of being overwhelmed or unable to cope with mental or emotional pressure. Additionally, feelings of anger, worry, resentment, and unforgiveness can contribute to stress.

Stress can manifest in various symptoms such as aches, pains, exhaustion, difficulty sleeping, headaches, dizziness, high blood pressure, digestive issues, and more. Many individuals may not even realize the extent of stress in their lives or how they are reacting to it.

Throughout this module, my aim is to assist you in recognizing the signs and symptoms of stress in your body. By developing an awareness mindset, you will be able to implement strategies to immediately alleviate stress when it arises.
